How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: how long the treatment is, what kind it is, whether you add the sauna cabin, and who you book with.
The length of the treatment
Massage, facial, body, hands and feet, or the cabin
The cabin hour, added to a treatment
The level of the person you book
The talk before your treatment
Every visit begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, the esthetician looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your appointment time.
Deposits
A card holds a booking for the cabin for a group, or for two or more treatments at once. It goes toward your visit, and you see the terms before you confirm. A single treatment doesn't need one.
Tell us 24 hours ahead and we will move or cancel your visit without trouble. With shorter notice, the policies page explains what happens. If you arrive late, we shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
The sauna cabin and other add-ons
The cabin hour can be added to a massage or a facial when you book, or on the day if there is an opening. We agree to it with you before we start. Warm stones and paraffin are added the same way.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one for whoever looked after you, at the desk or on your card.
A gift card works for any amount, for any treatment or a cabin hour. Buy one online or at the front desk, and whoever receives it books like any guest.
