Questions and answers
What should I wear in the sauna cabin?
A swimsuit. We give you a robe and slippers for the walk between the cabin and your treatment room, and a towel for the bench.
Can I book the cabin on its own?
Yes. The cabin is booked by the hour, on its own or added to a massage or a facial. The last cabin hour starts an hour before closing.
Who can use the cabin?
Guests 18 and over, up to about four at a time in a private booking. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told to take care with heat, ask your doctor first.
Where do I see prices?
Prices are set by the spa and shown when you book. How pricing works explains what sets them.
Where do I park?
There is a plowed lot behind the spa.
How do I move or cancel a visit?
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move it without any trouble. The policies page explains what happens with shorter notice.
Do I need to ask my doctor first?
For the cabin, hot stones and a warm wrap, yes, if you're pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told to take care with heat. The policies page has the rest.
Can I leave my phone in the front room?
Please keep it in your locker. The rooms and the cabin are kept quiet, and there are no photos where guests are changing or resting.
Do you take walk-ins?
Most visits are booked ahead, but if there is an opening we will fit you in. Call the front desk first.
Can a group book the cabin?
